These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of naturalsourcenutrition.com (the «Site») operated by Natural Source Nutrition LLC («Natural Source Nutrition», «we», «us» or «our»). By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Business-to-business use

The Site is intended for business-to-business use by qualified purchasers of nutraceutical ingredients. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

2. Not medical advice

Product information on the Site is intended for formulators, manufacturers and distributors. Statements about ingredients have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our ingredients are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Buyers are responsible for the final formulation, labeling, and regulatory compliance of finished products in their jurisdictions.

3. Quotes, samples and orders

Any pricing, availability, lead time or specification information shared via the Site or email is a preliminary indication and is not a binding offer. Orders are subject to a written quotation, purchase order acceptance, and our sales terms, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.
